The hotel is pleasant with exceptionally kind staff in particular the manager. Make sure to get double room with fresh towels, the bathroom, as example. Plus, the location is particularly good and perfect, minutes from a famous museum. We do recommend this place and would stay there again.

The single room was cozy and clean, with a lovely view of the garden. It had a kettle and tea/coffee amenities, nice for a quick drink. The size was decent for one person, but it felt a bit small for anything more. It was comfy enough to crash after a long day out.

Breakfast at Jesmond was bang on, with fresh ingredients and a menu that turned my mornings into culinary adventures! Plus, the staff were super friendly. Its location is a stone's throw from tube stations and iconic spots, perfect for a London wander!
The old-school charm comes with loads of stairs, so if you're not into a bit of cardio, nab a room on a lower floor.
